With reference to my despatch No. 108 dated 6th May I have the honour to transmit herewith, a copy of additional notes prepared by Mrs. Priestwood from material supplied by Mr. W.P. Thompson of the Hongkong Police dealing with conditions in Hongkong subsequent to its surrender.

2. These notes follow the same disjointed pattern as those previously prepared but are forwarded to you in view of their general interest.
